Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that Stephen John Hunt of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG was appointed Liquidator of the Company by the Secretary of State on 15 January 2014 .

A general meeting of creditors will be held, under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG on 24 March 2014 at 10.00 am for the purpose of determining (together with any meeting of contributories) whether a liquidation committee should be established under that section. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs at Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG by 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting.
