Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 28 November 2013, SCP E. GP Limited transferred to SCP S. GP LP all of the interest held by it in Stratus Capital Partners B LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015747 and that with effect from 28 November 2013, SCP E. GP Limited ceased to be a general partner and SCP S. GP LP became a general partner in the Partnership.

Further, notice is hereby given of a change in the Partnership’s principal place of business from 20-22 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4JS to 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 9WJ.
