At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 162 Coleherne Court, Redcliffe Gardens, London SW5 0DX, on 18 September 2013, at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed; number 1 as a special resolution, number 2 as ordinary resolution and number 3 as a special resolution:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Peter Hollis, licensed insolvency practitioner of KPF Advisory, 2 Victoria Square, St Albans Herts AL1 3TF, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.

3. That the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to distribute, amongst the shareholders, in specie all or any part of the assets of the company.
