Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court by Amalgamted Finance Limited of Metropolitan House, 20 Brindley Road, Manchester M16 9HQ and the Court has ordered that publication in The London Gazette of the presentation of such Petition and at the same time sending of a sealed copy of the Petition together with a sealed copy of the Order for substituted service by first class prepaid post addressed to 229 Hagley Road, Hayley Green, Halesowen B63 1ED shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said Petition on Parminder Singh on the day after completing such posting and publication.
