Notice is hereby given that Shanks SIL Capital Limited, Shanks SIL Finance Limited and Shanks SIL Investments Limited duly passed written Special Resolutions, placing the Companies in voluntary winding-up with effect from 29 January 2013 in accordance with the provisions of Section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008, as amended, and appointing Mr Michael Bane and Mr Russell Payne of Ernst & Young LLP as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding-up. All persons having claims against the above mentioned Companies are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 6 March 2013.
