HEATHROW AIRPORT (HATTON CROSS) TEMPORARY ORDER 2012
1. Notice is hereby given that Heathrow Airport Limited intends to make the above Order under Sections 6, 14, and 16 of the Road Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and all other enabling powers, to enable road resurfacing works to be carried out at Heathrow Airport.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to:
(a) Close the circulatory carriageway at Hatton Cross Roundabout;
(b) Close Hatton Road South from its junction with Hatton Cross Roundabout to its junction with A30 Great SW Road;
(c) Close Southern Perimeter Road for a length of no more than 27 meters in length extending from the outer lane of Hatton Cross Roundabout circulatory carriageway;
(d) Close Viscount Way for a length of no more than 27 meters in length extending from the outer lane of Hatton Cross Circulatory Carriageway;
(e) Close Eastchurch Road for a length of no more than 27 metres in length extending from the outer land of Hatton Cross Roundabout circulatory carriageway;
(f) Close Envoy Avenue between Hatton Cross Roundabout and Envoy Roundabout;
(g) Provide diversion routes for all affected traffic.
3. These restrictions shall apply in phases, so access in/out Hatton Cross Roundabout is maintained at all times during the works.
4. The Order shall have effect from the 1 October 2012 and shall last until 14 January 2013
5. Exemptions from the restrictions include:
(a) Anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform;
(b) Any persons or vehicles used in connection with the works proving that such persons have been authorised to enter the road closure area.

7. Any person wishing to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any regulations made thereunder had not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application to the High Court.
