“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Michael Kienlen and David Robson of Armstrong Watson, Central House, 47 St Paul’s Street, Leeds LS1 2TE, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and the Joint Liquidators be authorized to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
