Notice is hereby given, as required by Section 85(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Resolutions to Wind Up the Company and to appoint a Liquidator have been passed.

The Resolutions were passed by the Members on 15 June 2012 .

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That David Antony Willis and Paul Andrew Whitwam of BWC Business Solutions (Teesside) LLP, Dakota House, 25 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton on Tees TS18 3TX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.
