NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF PROHIBITED NAMES

On 10 May 2012, the above-named company went into insolvent liquidation. Percy Jeffers and Jason Jeffers of Unit 11, Roundhay Road Trade Park, Grant Avenue, Leeds, LS7 1QB, were Office holder capacity: directors of the above-named company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into liquidation. Pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.228 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, they give notice that they intend to act in one or more of the ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above-named insolvent company under the name Roundhay Trade Windows.
