Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Gartmore Investment Management Limited has transferred to Hermes Fund Managers Limited and HGPE Capital GP LLP all of the interest held by it in General Partner No.5 LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL006028 and that Gartmore Investment Management Limited ceased to be a limited partner and Hermes Fund Managers Limited and HGPE Capital GP LLP became limited partners in the Partnership.
