Following the General Meeting of members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 25 Bennett Street, Hyde SK14 4TQ on 24 October 2011 at 3.00 pm, a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and held at Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PS on 3 November 2011 at 11.15 am, the appointment of Lisa Hogg and Claire Foster was confirmed and the creditors also confirmed that the Joint Liquidators should act jointly and severally.
