Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 2 November 2011, Merrill Lynch L.P. Holdings, Inc. transferred 100% of the interest held by it in Blackstone Real Estate Partners VI-VD L.P., being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014404 (the “Partnership”), to and among (1) Isaac Kier as to 0.03%, (2) Cadim Fonds Inc. as to 55.05%, (3) CS Strategic Partners Holdings 2009, L.P. as to 11.45%, (4) Ensemble IX Capital Partners, L.P. as to 0.6%, (5) Windfall Investments, L.P. as to 0.44%, (6) Terrebonne Investments, L.P. as to 2.18%, (7) Cardinal Fund I, L.P. as to 0.58%, (8) Common Pension Fund E as to 29.08%, and (9) Kier Family L.P. as to 0.58%, and on that date (1) Isaac Kier, (2) Cadim Fonds Inc., (3) CS Strategic Partners Holdings 2009, L.P., (4) Ensemble IX Capital Partners, L.P., (5) Windfall Investments, L.P., (6) Terrebonne Investments, L.P., (7) Cardinal Fund I, L.P., (8) Common Pension Fund E, and (9) Kier Family L.P. were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Merrill Lynch L.P. Holdings, Inc. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
