NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the above mentioned section this day cancelled the registration of Templar Housing Association Limited (Register No 21135R), Regenda 2011 Limited (Register No 31190R), West Pennine Housing Association Limited (Register No 20650R and Wyre Housing Association Limited (Register No 28191R) the registered offices of which are at Regenda House, Enterprise Business Park, Horwich, Bolton BL6 6PQ at their requests following their amalgamation to form Regenda Limited (Register No 31240R).

Each Society listed above ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered Society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Societies, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
