Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2011 Citicorp North America, Inc. transferred all of its interest in Industri Kapital 1997 Limited Partnership III (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP005360, to ASF Park Sub 7, L,P, and that with effect from 30 September 2011, ASF Park Sub 7, L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership and Citicorp North America, Inc. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
