Notice is hereby given by the Joint Administrators that, under Paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 2.48 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, Legislation section: the business of an initial Creditors’ Meeting will be conducted by correspondence.
