Notice is hereby given, as required by Legislation section: Rule 6.81(4) of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a Meeting of Creditors is to take place.

The Meeting will be held at Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 1FF on 30 September 2011 at 11.00 am .

The Meeting has been summoned by the Joint Trustees for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee and if no committee is formed, fixing the basis of the Trustee’s remuneration and calculation of allocated disbursements.

Creditors who wish to vote at the Meeting must ensure their proxies, and any hitherto unlodged proofs, are lodged at The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 1FF by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meeting.

Ann Nilsson (IP Number 9558) and Martin Dominic Pickard (IP Number 6833) of Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 1FF were appointed as Joint Trustees of the Bankrupt’s Estate on 17 August 2011 . The Bankrupt’s former address is 41 Sedgemere Grove, Shelfield, Walsall, WS4 1XE.
