Notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 27 July 2011, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ, the Liquidator of the Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends to declare a first dividend within two months of the last date for proving.

The dividend will be declared within 2 months of 28 July 2011, the last date for proving. A creditor, who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to participate in the first dividend distribution by reason that he has not participated, in the first interim dividends.
