“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue it business, and it is advisable to wind-up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound-up voluntarily and that John Dean Cullen, of Harris Lipman LLP, Coptic House, 4-5 Mount Stuart Square, Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, CF10 5EE, (IP No: 9214) an insolvency practitioner licensed in the UK by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
