Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors of the above bankruptcy estate will be held at the offices of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD at 10.00 am on 19 July 2011 . The meeting has been called to provide creditors with the opportunity to establish a Creditors’ Committee and also to agree the basis of the Trustee’s remuneration.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor. A form of proxy to be used at the meeting should be lodged, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
