Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that meetings of the creditors and members of the above Companies will be held at Deloitte LLP, Four Brindleyplace, Birmingham, B1 2HZ on 11 July 2011 at 11.00am and 11.30am respectively, for the purpose of laying before the meetings an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the preceding year.

Members or Creditors wishing to vote at the respective meetings must lodge their proofs of debt and (unless they are attending in person) proxies at the offices of Deloitte LLP, Four Brindleyplace, Birmingham, B1 2HZ no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
