Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 4.186 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that, it is the intention of the Joint Liquidators to make an interim distribution to unsecured creditors of the Company within a period of two months from the last date of proving. The last date for creditors to lodge proofs of debt with the Joint Liquidators is 27 May 2011. The value of the distribution is estimated to be approximately £150,000.
