Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a General Meeting of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Poppleton & Appleby, 32 High Street, Manchester, M4 1QD on 8 March 2011 at 2.00 pm precisely.

A meeting of Creditors will follow at 2.30 pm precisely, for the purpose of having an Account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

A person entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend instead of him/her and such a proxy need not be a member or creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 32 High Street, Manchester, M4 1QD no later than 12.00 noon on the day preceding the meeting.
