LONGMAN’S BILL POSTING LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that an Annual and Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of Longman’s Bill Posting Limited will be held at 10.30am and 10.45am respectively on 11 March 2011 and final meetings of members and creditors will follow at 11.00am and 11.15am at the offices of Carter Backer Winter LLP, Enterprise House, 21 Buckle Street, London, E1 8NN.

The meetings are called pursuant to Sections 105 & 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of enabling the Joint Liquidators to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to give any explanation that they may consider necessary and to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and Liquidators shall be disposed of.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at Enterprise House, 21 Buckle Street, London E1 8NN no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
