Resolutions proposed at the meeting will include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. A creditor entitled to vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
