A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on his administration of the Liquidation, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meeting will be held on Monday 17th January 2011 at 10.00 am at New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London EC4V 6BJ. A proxy form is available which must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on Friday 14th January 2011 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting.
