In accordance with Legislation section: section 94 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders will be held at IA Services, Suite 31, The Rural Enterprise Centre, Stafford Drive, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury SY1 3FE, on 22 December 2010, at 10.30 am, to receive an account showing how the liquidation has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Shareholder who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting can appoint another person as his or her proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged with me at IA Services, Suite 31, The Rural Enterprise Centre, Stafford Drive, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury SY1 3FE, no later than 4.00 pm on 21 December 2010 .
