THE EALING (FREE PARKING PLACES) (NO. 3) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 2010

  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Legislation section: sections 6 and Legislation section: 124 of and Legislation section: Part IV of Legislation section: Schedule 9 to the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Legislation: Local Government Act 1985 .
  • 2 The general effect of the Orders would be to remove the free parking place on the north-west side of Niagara Avenue and replace this parking place with double yellow lines. The free parking place would be relocated to the south-eastern side of Niagara Avenue in place of the double yellow lines adjacent to the existing free parking place.
  • 3 The Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the offices of Mouchel Limited, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
  • 4 Further information may be obtained by telephoning Mouchel Limited, telephone number 020 8326 3000 .
  • 5 Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Limited, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST quoting reference ORD3557/djc until the 29th October 2010 . All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
