Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 and Legislation section: Rule 4.126 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ, on 9 November 2010, at 12.30 pm and 12.45 pm respectively, for the purposes of:

(a) Receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the winding-up and hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator.

(b) Resolving that the Liquidator be released from office.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
