Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106(2) of The Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at 11.00 am and 11.15 pm respectively on 31 August 2010 at SPW Poppleton & Appleby, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF for the purposes of showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to conduct such other business as may lawfully be conducted at the meeting. Proxies for use at the meeting should be lodged with the Liquidator at SPW Poppleton & Appleby, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF no later than 12.00 noon on 27 August 2010.
