THE A13 GLA ROAD (FERRY LANE INTERSECTION, LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING) (30 M.P.H & 40 M.P.H SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2010
- 1 Transport for London, hereby gives notice that on 19 th July 2010 it made the above named Orders under section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The A13 GLA Road (Marsh Way Intersection, London Borough of Havering) (30 M.P.H. Speed Limit) Order 2010 will come into force on 9 th August 2010, and the A13 GLA Road (Ferry Lane Intersection, London Borough of Havering) (30 M.P.H & 40 M.P.H Speed Limits) Order 2010 will come into force on 30 th July 2010.
- 2 The general nature and effect of the Orders is to impose a speed limit of
- a 30 m.p.h & 40 m.p.h on the A13 slip roads at the Ferry Lane Intersection
- b 30 m.p.h on the A13 slip roads at the Marsh Way Intersection
- 3 The roads affected by the Orders are indicated in paragraph 2.
- 4 Copies of the Orders, a map indicating the location and effect of the Orders and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of:
- 5 Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
