Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final Meeting of the members and creditors of the above named Company will be held at Valentine & Co, 4 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia Avenue, London N3 2HS (Tel: 020 8343 3710) on 28 July 2010 at 10.45 am followed by a Meeting of Creditors at 11.00 am for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s Report on the Winding Up and to determine whether the Liquidator should be released and the liquidator’s remuneration. A dividend will not be paid to the creditors as there were insufficient funds to meet the claims of secured and preferential creditors and the costs and expenses of the liquidation Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the liquidator at the above address no later than 12 noon on the preceding working day.
