Notice is hereby given that the partnership formerly carried on between Geoffrey Stuart Hartley and Raymond Stephen Hartley trading as W Hartley & Sons at Gordon Street, Boothstown, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX3 6NU (“the Premises”) has been dissolved by mutual consent as at 31 December 2008. All debts due to and owing by the said partnership will be received and paid by Raymond Stephen Hartley, who will continue to carry on the business from the Premises.
