Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at RSM Tenon Recovery, Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2AN on 30 June 2010 at 11.00am for the purpose of considering the following resolutions: That the Joint Liquidators remuneration for dealing with matters arising in the liquidation should be drawn pursuant to Rule 4.127(2)(b) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, by reference to the time properly spent by the Insolvency Practitioners (as Joint Liquidators) and their staff attending to matters arising in the liquidation and authority is hereby given for the Joint Liquidators to draw their remuneration on this basis. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw case related category 2 disbursements in accordance with Statement of Insolvency Practice No 9 issued by the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. Proxies for use at either of the meeting must be lodged at RSM Tenon Recovery, Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2AN no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.
