At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Suite 7, Milner House, Milner Way, Ossett, WF5 9JE at 10.00am on 20 May 2010 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Booth, of PR Booth & Co, Suite 7, Milner House, Milner Way, Ossett, WF5 9JE, (IP No 9470) be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.” At a meeting of creditors held on 20 May 2010 the creditors confirmed the appointment of Philip Booth as Liquidator and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidator be done.
