SECTION 116 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
Take NOTICE that Birmingham City Council, being the Highway Authority for the City of Birmingham intends to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at Victoria Law Courts Corporation Street Birmingham on Friday 14 May 2010 at 10am for an order that the highway being part of Drylea Grove, Hodge Hill, Birmingham and having a length of 30 metres and a width of 8 metres which increases to 15 metres at its most northerly point be authorised to be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.
The effect of the said order is shown on the plan which may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the Council’s Legal Services Department, Ingleby House, 11-14 Cannon Street, Birmingham B2 5EN on weekdays during normal office hours and also at Bromford Neighbourhood Office, Cameronian Croft, Bromford, Birmingham, West Midlands, B36 8UB.
