Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Tenon Recovery, Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland SR5 3JN, on Tuesday 12 January 2010, at 2.00 pm, for receiving the report of the Liquidator of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at Tenon Recovery, Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland SR5 3JN, no later than 12.00 noon on Monday 11 January 2010.
