At a general meeting of the Company held at Beaufort House, 94-96 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 1PB on 21 October 2009 at 11.30am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Sykes and David Rolph, both of Moore Stephens LLP, 1-3 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2DH, be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company.”

At a meeting of creditors held on the same day the creditors confirmed the appointment of Phillip Sykes and David Rolph as joint liquidators.
