Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD, on 24 November 2009 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies should be lodged at Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD, no later than 12.00 noon on 23 November 2009, the business day before the meeting.
