At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at The Grange, 100 High Street, London N14 6TB on 21 September 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:-

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That C. Morfakis BA FCA FCMA FCCA FABRP and T. Papanicola FCA FCCA FABRP MCI.arb be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up”.
