Notice is given that the Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Fred Satow & Co, 4 The Avenue, Kew, Richmond, Surrey TW9 2AJ, on 3 November 2009, at 11.30 am, to be followed at 11.45 am by the Final Meeting of Shareholders. The purpose of the Meetings, which are called under the provisions of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, is to receive a statement showing the outcome of the liquidation and an explanation of it and how the Company’s property has been disposed of. The Liquidator gives notice as required by Rules R4.186 and 11.7 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that there will be no Dividend paid to the Creditors of the Company and that the funds realised have been used to defray the expenses of the liquidation.
