“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Colin John Sanders and Paul Michael Davis, both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
