Notice is hereby given in pursuance of Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Griffith & Griffith, Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield B73 5TR, on 18 September 2009 at 10.30 am and 10.45am respectively, for the purpose of receiving a report and account by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation as the Liquidator may give. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting, that the Liquidator’s final report incorporating his final receipts and payments account be approved, and that the Liquidator be released from office.

A Dividend will not be paid to any class of Creditor as there were insufficient funds to meet the full costs and expenses of the winding-up.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Griffith & Griffith at the above address, by no later than 12.00 noon on the last working day before the Meetings.
