Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of members and creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 67 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JS, on 19 August 2009 at 11.30 am and 11.45 am respectively for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

Proxies to be used at the neetings must be lodged with the Liquidators at 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day.
