Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above named company will be held at Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London, SE1 2AF on Tuesday 5th May 2009 at 11.30 am and 12.00 noon respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the meetings an account of the winding up.

Any member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her and such a proxy need not be a member. If you wish to appoint a proxy, the proxy form should be lodged with me at Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London, SE1 2AF not later than noon of the business day before the meeting.
