At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at One Great Cumberland Place, Marble Arch, London, W1H 7LW on the 23 March 2009 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that M C Healy, of Leonard Curtis, One Great Cumberland Place, Marble Arch, London W1H 7LW, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
