Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston PR1 8BU, on 19 February 2009 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and of determining whether the Liquidator should have her release under Section 174 of the above Act.
