Take notice that a Creditor’s Bankruptcy Petition was presented to the Liverpool County Court, on 23 October 2008, at the instance of the Petitioning Creditor, Denmans Electrical Wholesalers Limited, of 6-16 Southgate Road, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 5DS. Owing to difficulties in serving you personally with the Petition the Court made an Order for Substituted Service, on 17 December 2008, which provided that advertisement of the Petition in The London Gazette shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the Petition upon you. And further take notice that the hearing of the Bankruptcy Petition will take place at the Liverpool County Court, Liverpool Civil and Family Courts, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX, on 10 February 2009, at 10.00 am. If you do not attend such hearing a Bankruptcy Order may be made in your absence.
