At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company held at 1 St Mary’s Street, Ross-on-Wye, on 11 December 2008, the following Resolutions were passed as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Robert Charles Millichap, of Little Badnage, Badnage Lane, Tillington, Herefordshire, be and are hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.”
