Notice is hereby given that the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has made the Diseases of Fish (Designated Areas) (England) (Revocation) (No 2) Order 2008. The Order revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Areas) (England) (No 5) Order 2006, which covered Harome Trout Farm, Rye House Farm, Harome, York, North Yorkshire YO62 5JN.

The Order came into force on 4 November 2008.
