Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the members and creditors of the above named company will be held at 90 St Faiths Lane, Norwich, NR1 1NE on 5 December 2008 at 10.00am for the purpose of showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
